Here at Enable Holidays, we have been working tirelessly to create a better website for our customers, that not only looks good but also provides a much more user-friendly experience that allows you to find accessible hotels, uniquely suited to you, that much easier.

The central feature that we have implemented is the main search tool, which has been designed to improve the customer experience.
Find accommodation suited to your requirements by selecting either by the Country, Resort, Board Basis, Star Rating and Any Adapted Facilities that you require. You can select as many or as few as you like! For example, you could search for all the properties in Spain that have a pool hoist and a wheel-in shower, or all 5-star properties around the world that have a wheel-in shower, grab rails, a ramp into the pool and adapted transfers. Below, we’ll show you a step-by-step guide on how to use the main search tool on a desktop computer.
Please note that most specialist properties and tours do not have a specific star rating or board basis when using the search tool.
Step 1: Visit enableholidays.com and discover the main search under the header ‘Quickly find what you’re looking for’.
Step 2: Begin selecting your preferred accessible holiday features and click ‘show matching properties’.
Step 3: Scroll down to see the search results, based on what you have selected.

Step 4: Click into your preferred property, find out more about the experience available there, and scroll down to enquire.
Step 5: Sit back, relax and let our accessible travel experts do what they do best as they begin tailor-making an accessible holiday that is uniquely suited to you.
This function is also available for mobile users and can be found at the top of the screen in the form of a magnifying glass. Once you click on the icon the search page will slide across and allow you to enter your selection, just like on a desktop. The search can then be edited during this process by once again clicking the magnifying glass and altering your search accordingly.
One of the newest features comes with the inclusion of a text search bar when visiting the site on a desktop computer, allowing the user to search for a country, resort or hotel name. This allows customers to quickly and easily discover more information about properties that they have seen in our brochures, by simply entering the hotel name into the website. Alternatively, it enables users to bypass the destinations drop-down menu to go directly to the page that interests them the most.
Another feature that has been added is a filter/sort system for resort and holiday type pages, helping customers narrow down or arrange their desired properties to suit their needs. Resorts pages allow you to filter by board basis, star rating and adapted facilities to find specific properties in that destination, with filters in the holiday types pages including destination and resort. This is for when you are searching by holiday type first and decide to select available destinations later. Search results can then be sorted by showing new properties first, alphabetical order or star rating.
A live chat feature is also available on this new and improved website, sitting on the right side of every page opposite our callback button. This chat provides a direct link to the Enable team, allowing customers to get answers to any questions they may have, regarding accessible holidays, in real-time without having to wait long for a response or requiring them to visit an external source.
When using a mobile device, you are now able to call our accessible travel experts by clicking the phone icon, in the upper right corner, instead of having to type in the full number. This feature provides easy and direct access to our team, allowing you to call at any point during your journey through our website, where people you can trust will be ready and waiting to help.
Entering a resorts page now reveals a hotel map, pointing to every property that is available in the area, as well as giving insight into the surroundings of your selected hotel. Clicking on a pin brings up the name of the specific property, its star rating, holiday types, board basis’, what adapted facilities are available and prompts you to find out more. Maps are still available on each property page, but this feature allows you to see their proximity to one another, enabling you to choose based on the hotel’s location as well as its facilities.
Our latest properties can now be found on the home page of our website, just under the holiday types. This feature provides a slideshow of the newest properties that have been uploaded to our site and offers some information about the hotel and the adapted facilities provided. Through this, customers can discover brand new holiday opportunities that they have yet to experience with Enable Holidays and stay up-to-date on the exciting experiences that we upload in the future.
Directly under this feature, we promote properties that are popular right now and being regularly booked. By providing this information, customers can select holidays that are proven to be successful instead of taking a chance on properties they may not feel confident about. Because if they weren’t high-quality hotels, they wouldn’t be recommended. Our aim through this to get customers talking to each other, on our website and through the online community, about holidays that they have successfully been on and enjoyed, encouraging others to follow suit.
Unlike our old site, this new and improved layout offers information about each property on the resort page, much like our 2019 Worldwide Brochure, revealing star ratings, holiday types, board basis’ and adapted facilities. Displaying these details assist the viewer in discovering hotels that best suit them, without having to take part in the time-consuming task of going back and forth between different resorts until the right property is found.
Tour pages now offer a more in-depth view of the accessible adventures that are available with Enable. Before clicking into each tour, you are offered a brief description of what adapted excursions await during your journey around these exotic locations, with a more detailed outline provided in individual tour pages. Much like on the resort pages, a map is provided with pins pointing toward places you will be visiting during your stay, with a function that allows you to click on a pin to reveal the corresponding day in the pre-planned itinerary (subject to change).
