Figeuretas has a more family-oriented feel than some Ibizan resorts and boasts a gorgeous promenade, a golden beach and fantastic views of the Mediterranean.
In summer daytime the beach will be blanketed by both international visitors and locals enjoying the fine sand and the warm sun, and by evening the promenade will be populated by artists, market stools and caricaturists ready to offer bargains and entertain. You will also find a number of quality bars and restaurants in which to drink and eat, allowing disabled guests to really soak up the resort’s dreamy, relaxed atmosphere.
The climate is, of course, quite sensational, and even during the winter the temperature generally remains favourable. In the summer, the sun heats the beach and the promenade for an average of 10 hours each day and the temperature remains in the mid- to high-20s throughout the day.
Although it is a resort favoured by tourists of all ages, Figueretas is within close distance to some of Ibiza’s most popular nightclubs and so is ideal for people who desire a resort to relax but still have the option of a more energetic night out. Southwards lies Playa d’en Bossa, home to Space and other famed Super Clubs.
