On the first floor, you'll find a sun terrace with an eight-seater rattan table, chairs and sun awning for alfresco dining, In addition, theres' an open plan lounge, dining kitchen along with one double bedroom and a designated spacious bedroom as well as a wet room. Both rooms will accommodate wheelchair users.
On the second floor, there are two spacious double bedrooms, family bathroom and a balcony. The designated wheelchair bedroom has been equipped with a single electric profile bed and a portable electric hoist (although you do need to bring your own sling). For convenient access, double doors lead to the outside. All bedrooms and the open plan lounge are fitted with hot and cold air conditioning and silent ceiling fans.

Villamartin is situated on the Costa Blanca in the municipality of Orihuela and the province of Alicante. It is 45 minutes' drive south of Alicante Airport and 25 minutes' drive north of Murcia Airport.
The Villamartin Plaza, a short drive from Villamartin is another important attraction and offers a great selection of shops, bars, banks, and restaurants with lifts available to access different levels. On summer nights, you can enjoy a lot of life, with its lively, and vibrant atmosphere. For shopping enthusiasts, the Zenia Boulevard shopping centre, with more than 150 shops and places to eat is the largest shopping centre in the Provence with lifts also available for easy access.
There is a 12-metre x 6-metre private pool with rolling ramp straight into the pool surrounded by high walls for your privacy. Externally the villa has been fitted with non-slip tiled ramps for ease of access. The swimming pool is surrounded by artificial grass to create ambiance. The property is self-catering but there is an abundance of Tapas bars and restaurants close by.
